5 Favorite Christmas Albums

Today we are going to give you the list of our favorite Christmas albums. As many of you know, we love music and well performed Christmas songs are no exception. These albums and many of the songs included have been favorites of ours since we were kids.

Give Love At Christmas by The Temptations

This is one of our favorites because The Temptations approached the classic songs on this record with the same level of effort given to any of their regular releases. Some of the highlights from this album are “Give Love On Christmas Day”, “The Christmas Song” and “Silent Night”.

Star Bright by Vanessa Williams

We love this record and we have to dust it off every holiday season. We like how smooth her renditions of the Christmas classics are. Standouts are “What Child Is This”, “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” and “Angels We Have Heard On High”.

Verve Presents: The Very Best of Christmas Jazz

Every once in a while you want to kick back in the recliner with a glass of bourbon and zone out. This album allows you to do that. The standout tracks are “Winter Wonderland”, “Greensleeves” and “Good Morning Blues”.

Motown Christmas by Various Artist

This is one of the greatest compilation albums Christmas or not. It will always make our Christmas rotation. Our favorite tracks are “What Christmas Means To Me”, “Little Drummer Boy” and “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer”.

This Is Christmas by Luther Vandross

This Christmas record is our favorite. We absolutely love how he navigates the classic songs as well as adding some originals. Our favorites are “Every Year, Every Christmas”, “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and “A Kiss For Christmas”.
