Easy Banana Pudding

We’re back with more reminiscing about holiday meals. The object of our dreams is Banana Pudding. This dish doesn’t have any alcohol in it, but it’s very sweet. It can be made anytime of the year. We just happened to enjoy it during the holidays. Our recipe is very simple and you don’t have to make anything on the stove or in the oven. So, if you’re kitchen-challenged, this is an excellent recipe for you.

Ingredients:

1 small box of vanilla instant pudding

2 cups of milk

1 9 oz. tub of cool whip

1 can of eagle brand milk

2 boxes of Vanilla Wafers

6-8 bananas

A dash of sugar (optional)

Directions:

Mix up the pudding as directed on the box. Stir until pudding is stiff.

Mix in the eagle brand milk.

Once the condensed milk is mixed in, fold in the cool whip.

Once the pudding mixture is all mixed up, taste it and make sure the pudding is to your liking. If it’s not sweet enough, add sugar to it till it’s to your preference.

Now, its time to layer your pan with the cookies, bananas, and mixture. We usually lay down vanilla wafers, then the bananas, and pour the pudding mixture on over them.

Continue to layer the cookies, bananas, and pudding that way until you run out of pudding.

Top off the dish with my own design of cookies. If we don’t have any more cookies, we sprinkle the crumbs over the top of it. Feel free to be creative with yours.
